Long term users, show me ur ways

I Have been using modafinill for 2 days now (Modalert) and I have to say it is pretty amazing. For someone that works in a intense business I see this as a game changer, ofcourse ive been doing my research but would like to know ur expierence of long term use. What side effects did u get, how did u get them and is there a way to limit that? How to get the most out of ur 200mg dose? Anything else I need to know? • I’ve been using it for about 3 years now, on and off.

Side effects I would get sometimes are dehydration, headache, mild lack of appetite, jitteriness (usually if comboed with caffeine.) These are common with any stimulant though. Be sure to drink water, eat like normal, don’t take more than you need.

From what I understand, it’s best to try the smallest dose first (like 50mg), and then work up from there to find your sweet spot. For me, I can usually get by with 50mg, 100 if I need an extra boost. Taking 200mg works, but I don’t really get much more out of it than I do the 100mg dose. YMMV of course.

Another thing that helps me is having off-days. I rarely take moda on the weekends, since I’m rarely doing anything that requires it. On weekdays I don’t take it if I know it’ll be a slow day, I won’t be too busy, etc. Tolerance seems to vary quite a bit person to person, but this works quite well for me, to keep it in check. It also lets me stretch out my supply a bit longer.
